About Me
As a doula, it is an honor to be a part of the special and intimate journey to motherhood. I feel every mother and family should have doula support as they go through pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum. As a mother of two, I have experienced the transformative power of birth and breastfeeding. Through these experiences I've gained a deeper understanding of the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of motherhood. My hope is to use this knowledge to help my clients feel confident, empowered and informed throughout this incredible life transition.

About the FED Doulas
Together, Kirsten and I make up the FED Doulas. As friends, nurses, mothers and now doulas, Kirsten and I share the belief that every birthing experience deserves compassionate support. Our unique journeys through motherhood have allowed us to provide continued support for each other. We now have completed our training through DONA International in hopes of becoming an asset to our communities by providing education, labor support, breastfeeding guidance and postpartum care. Kirsten and I share our knowledge and resources to provide our clients with the best possible care.

Birth Doula
Birth doula package includes:

Unlimited phone access during pregnancy through the fourth trimester
Lactation Support
Lactation support immediately after delivery and during postpartum visit is included in the birth doula package. Additional support can be contracted separately. Discount available for exiting clients.
Placenta Encapsulation

I am a proud partner with the Clara Alice Faye Foundation. CAFF’s mission is to provide for women’s physical, spiritual, mental and emotional needs, helping women thrive.
